I started out writing software. Since 2019, across Myanmar and Dubai, my work has moved from building systems to leading the teams that build them, and to the decisions that sit around them.
Today I lead engineering for a luxury jewelry brand in Dubai and advise businesses on their digital platforms. Most of that work is not code. It is deciding what is worth building, what to buy instead, where AI and automation will pay off, and what each choice costs in money, time and risk.
I also make Frank On Tech, a series of short videos about business through the lens of technology. Each one takes a single decision a founder or business owner faces and explains it in plain language.
Where I am heading: more time alongside founders, business owners and leadership teams as a technology partner, helping them choose well so that technology supports growth instead of slowing it down.
